Please arrive at the stadium one hour before the start of play to avoid any delays through the ticket and security check.

Mobile phones must be switched to vibrate or silent function during the matches. Also note that smoking is not allowed anywhere in the stadium.

Please check and confirm the date, session, venue and seat number on the ticket purchased. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges for incorrect tickets.

The spectator must hold a valid ticket to enter the stadium. One ticket per person and the ticket is not valid without the ticket stub.

Be very careful not to stain, fold or damage within 1cm surrounding the 2D barcode. The tournament, tournament organizers and promoters cannot and will not be held responsible for tickets where the 2D barcode is not readable and distinguishable.

All spectators entering the stadium are requested to follow the instructions of the security personnel and/or staff to the stadium.

Tickets to the Chengdu Open can only be purchased directly with the tournament or its authorized agents. Tickets must not be purchased or obtained from or through any person, commercial agent, company or by any other means not directly associated with the Chengdu Open. The tournament, tournament organizers and promoters bear no responsibility for tickets not purchased via authorized channels.

If the tournament or a session(s) is postponed or cancelled due to the weather or other reasons beyond the event¡¦s control, the Organizing Committee will provide information of a contingency plan.
